Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to join our team as a Production Coordinator. This role will involve supporting the delivery of high-quality video and digital media content in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

The Production Coordinator will play an integral part in coordinating the planning, logistics, and delivery of content across multiple teams. This includes managing shoot requirements, liaising with internal stakeholders, and ensuring all required consent and accessibility documentation is completed and archived.

  • Coordinate planning, logistics, and schedules for multi-format content production
  • Manage shoot requirements, including location access and production resources
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders for reviews, feedback, and approvals

Key Responsibilities
  1. Work across content teams to align deliverables with campaign goals and deadlines
  2. Support senior team members with reporting, logistics, and day-to-day coordination tasks
  3. Maintain accurate production records and contribute to regular team reporting
  4. Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders to support project delivery
Requirements
  • Previous experience coordinating video or content production, ideally within government or large organizations
  • Strong organizational and logistical skills with an understanding of end-to-end production processes
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams
