About the Position

We're seeking a highly skilled professional to provide high-level support across a portfolio of ICT initiatives.

What You'll Be Doing

  1. Supporting the delivery of complex ICT projects by managing documentation, registers, plans, and progress reports.
  2. Coordinating project information using tools such as SharePoint, Enterprise Project Online, and the department's eDRMS.
  3. Monitoring budgets, preparing financial reports, and managing procurement activities including purchase orders and goods receipting.
  4. Drafting project reports, spreadsheets, and planning documentation using a range of software tools.
  5. Organising and facilitating meetings, workshops, and stakeholder forums, including minute-taking and action tracking.
  6. Providing secretariat support to project boards, including agenda preparation and decision tracking.
  7. Managing project inbox and ensuring timely dissemination of information.
  8. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to support project outcomes.

Your Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in supporting ICT-enabled projects in a complex environment.
  • Strong skills in project administration, financial management, and the use of project management tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
  • Experience with SAP, Content Manager, and Enterprise Project Online.
  • Understanding of Prince2 or Agile methodologies.
  • Prior experience working within Government and/or ICT infrastructure disciplines.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
