About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Delivery Coordinator to join our team at Westpac Group. As a key member of our Consumer Capability Team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our programs and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Administration: Assist in the management of budgets and financial administration for the team, ensuring timely and efficient processing of invoices, monitoring of expenses, and maintenance of vendor contracts.
  • Knowledge Management: Develop and maintain team knowledge repositories, including playbooks, procedures, and project documentation, to ensure accessibility and up-to-date information.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Prepare regular reports and dashboards for stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, progress, and potential risks, to inform business decisions.
  • Logistics and Coordination: Coordinate program timelines, ensuring timely delivery of capability and talent initiatives, and provide general administrative support, including expense claims, scheduling meetings, and coordinating team communications.
  • Learning and Development: Manage learner enrollments, course completions, and certifications with Learning Services, and oversee the curation and management of digital learning content, ensuring consistency and management of risk.
  • Event Planning: Coordinate logistics for learning events and internal capability campaigns, including booking venues, managing invitations, and handling materials, and work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution of events and campaigns.
