Job Title: Project Coordinator

The primary objective of this role is to oversee the management of local and regional projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in project coordination, with a proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to completion.

A key aspect of this position is ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and up-to-date on project progress. This includes regular communication with clients, team members, and other relevant parties.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent organizational and time management skills. You must also be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage local and regional projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget constraints.
  2. Negotiate with clients regarding scope modifications or other issues.
  3. Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
  4. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any concerns.
  5. Prepare and distribute project reports to stakeholders, providing updates on progress and highlighting areas for improvement.
  6. Maintain accurate records of project-related documents and data.
  7. Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements.
  8. Requirements:
    1. Degree in Business Administration or related field.
    2. Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination or a related field.
    3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    5. Strong organizational and time management skills.
    6. Familiarity with project management tools and software.
    7. Results-driven approach to achieving project objectives.
