ABOUT YOU

Your role as a Coordinator Major Projects:

- Oversee day-to-day project operations, ensuring effective coordination of activities, resources, equipment, and information.
- Schedule and coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Act as site host during execution phases, coordinating contractor access and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Deliver timely and targeted communications to support project phases and maintain stakeholder alignment.
- Assist with procurement processes, vendor coordination, and contract tracking.
- Ensure contractor documentation complies with HSE standards and internal procedures.
- Point of contact for project related enquiries and updates.
- Experience in a comparable role managing multiple competing priorities.
- Demonstrated capability using Microsoft Project or relevant Project software.
- Project Management qualifications (desirable)
