Industry Leader, Financial Services, APJ Industry Partner Team

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a seasoned industry leader to join our APJ Industry Partner Team as an Industry Leader, Financial Services. This role will be responsible for driving the regional Financial Services industry partner strategy to expand, build, and grow a set of regional partners with industry specialization.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute the regional Financial Services industry partner strategy to expand, build, and grow a set of regional partners with industry specialization.
- Be the industry thought leader, sharing insights on business trends, growth areas, including AWS-focused partner capability and capacity.
- Build and manage strategic relationships with diverse Financial Services-focused partner cohorts, including G/SIs, G/ISVs, and CXO-level connects with customers and partners.
- Evangelize the build and execution of strategic business plans with each industry partner, through close collaboration with AWS Industries and Sales teams.
- Work with new and existing strategic partners (across GSIs, SIs, ISVs) to expand AWS industry practice by building offerings and solutions.
- Drive scale through incorporation of best practices and repeatable mechanisms across APJ customers.
This role requires a deep understanding of the Financial Services industry, as well as experience in developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical acumen, with the ability to think strategically about new business models, solutions, and relevant partner engagement to help build and convey compelling value propositions for AWS customers, through AWS Partners.
Requirements:- 5+ years of developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules
