Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Event and Partnership Manager to join our team in Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute event and partnership strategies to enhance brand visibility and consumer engagement.
  • Plan and deliver high-quality activations, including samplings, trade shows, and events.
  • Support distribution partners with branded assets for trade and hospitality events.
  • Oversee logistics such as vendor coordination, venue selection, and on-site execution.
  • Lead event marketing, registration, sponsorship, and audience engagement.
  • Measure and report on event and partnership effectiveness for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in event planning and partnership management preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of the beverage industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
  • Experience in budgeting, vendor/contract management.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing and event promotion.
