Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Stock Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the stock management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless order fulfillment and stock organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and dispatch orders with accuracy, timeliness, and premium presentation to meet client expectations.
  • Manage expedited and hand-delivery services to cater to discerning clients' needs.
  • Maintain high standards of stockroom organization and efficiency for sales teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Oversee deliveries, transfers, recalls, and stock consolidations to prevent stock discrepancies.
  • Conduct stock investigations, mini stock takes, and assist with annual stocktakes to maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Ensure compliance with loss prevention and health & safety procedures to safeguard staff and assets.
  • Support seasonal launches by preparing all stock for floor-ready display, collaborating with retail front of house, client services, and ecommerce teams.

Requirements:

  • A strong background in stock coordination, logistics, or retail operations, preferably in luxury or premium fashion.
  • Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with colleagues and clients across demographics.
  • Fashion degree or similar education (highly valued) to support in-depth styling and design conversations.
