Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to join our team as an HR Generalist.

This role involves providing expert advice and guidance on HR matters, managing recruitment processes, and implementing initiatives that drive business success.

  • Partner with leaders to develop and implement strategic HR plans aligned to business objectives.
  • Design and deliver engaging employee onboarding experiences that foster high levels of job satisfaction.
  • Counsel and guide managers on leadership development, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Oversee HR operations, including contract management, compliance, remuneration & benefits, and administrative tasks.
  • Spearhead learning & development, engagement, wellbeing, and recognition initiatives that drive positive outcomes.
  • Analyze HR data and provide actionable insights to inform workforce planning and decision-making.
  • Assist with change management, restructuring, and succession planning activities.

About You:

  • A tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field is essential.
  • Demonstrated experience in operational HR roles within a commercial or corporate environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation (Fair Work Act, Modern Awards, WHS) is crucial.
  • The ability to coordinate and improve onboarding processes to enhance employee experience.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills are required.
  • A commercially-minded approach, with the ability to link HR practices to business outcomes.
  • Organised, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced HR environment.

Key Responsibilities:
