  • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Grants Officer to join our team in Tasmania.
  • This is a key member of our organisation, responsible for managing grants and funding programs.
  • The successful candidate will provide high-level support to the Project Manager Operations in delivering the grants program.
">Key Responsibilities:">
  • Manage grants and funding programs, ensuring compliance with relevant guidelines.
  • Provide support and guidance to grants program managers on the development, delivery, monitoring and evaluation of grant programs.
  • Develop and contribute to communications, including responding to enquiries and developing resources for internal and external audiences.
  • Support the development and coordination of templates, tools and resources for grant management.
  • Ensure unit-specific information, including spreadsheets and tracking of documentation, is accurate and up-to-date.

  • Demonstrated experience in grants management, program administration or related fields, with capabilities in SmartyGrants highly regarded.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage complex processes with precision and attention to detail.
