Role Summary:

  • You will supervise the bar service period, exceeding guest expectations and fueling their curiosity about our beverage offerings.
  • Prepare cocktails, mixed drinks, and tailored beverages for our guests, showcasing your expertise and creativity.
  • Ensure the outlet is adequately stocked and clean at all times, maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
  • Engage and inspire guests throughout the complete beverage experience, providing personalized attention and care.
  • Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence with each customer interaction, building strong relationships and loyalty.
  • Supervise the bar team in completing general operational tasks, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings and repeat business.
  • Be a dynamic and thoughtful supervisor by empowering and supporting your team, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Plan and execute team-building activities that recognize and reward associate contributions, promoting a culture of appreciation and recognition.

    About You:

    • An up-to-date RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.
    • Relevant experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
    • Working rights in Australia, with a valid visa or citizenship.
    • A genuine enthusiasm for escalating your career and taking on new challenges.
    • A self-motivated, driven, and energized individual who thrives in fast-paced environments.
