About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to oversee the day-to-day operations of our store in Port Macquarie as an Assistant Manager. You will report directly to the Retail Business Leader (Store Manager).
Your key responsibilities include enhancing operational efficiency, managing staff schedules, and optimizing business costs. You will concentrate on team training, equipping them with the tools and resources they need to excel.
As a leader, you will set the example by fostering a positive and high-performing team culture that prioritizes safety, creating an exceptional workplace for both employees and customers alike.
About You
We are looking for a confident and driven individual with a can-do attitude. You must be passionate about delivering a fantastic customer experience and have had exposure to using financial data to deliver targets and support operational success.
You should be passionate about learning and upskilling the capability of your team, not afraid to give feedback, and able to navigate challenging situations. Your primary focus should always be on the safety of your team and customers, with genuine care for their health and wellbeing.

The estimated salary for this role is $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
