We are seeking an experienced Bar Attendant to join our team at Tap House and Stomping Ground Brewery located within Melbourne Airport.

About the Role

This dynamic role involves serving drinks, pouring beers, crafting coffees, and providing exceptional guest experiences. As a Bar Attendant, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and professional bar service, ensuring a positive dining experience for guests, and sharing knowledge of daily menu offerings and craft beer selections.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional bar and table service to guests
  • Ensure a positive dining experience by providing expert knowledge on daily menu offerings and craft beer selections
  • Prepare and serve quality coffees and beverages
  • Assist with setup and pack-down of bar and restaurant areas
Requirements
  • Previous experience in food and beverage service in a fast-paced environment
  • Holding a Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate and Food Safety Certificate
  • Bartender skills with beer, wine, and cocktail knowledge is highly desirable
  • Barista skills or coffee-making experience is highly desirable
  • Ability to work flexible shifts on a 7-day rotating roster
