Ausreo, a leading manufacturer and supplier of concrete reinforcing products, is seeking an exceptional Customer Service Representative.

The ideal candidate will be the face of our company, providing professional and timely service to customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions.

  • Deliver excellent customer service and create a seamless customer journey.
  • Welcome new and existing customers into our showrooms, showcasing our products and promoting sales.
  • Merchandise and manage stock replenishment, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Process orders, generate quotations, engage with online platforms, and provide top-notch customer support.
  • Manage service centre and office operations, troubleshoot inquiries, and maintain stock control in the warehouse.
  • Coordinate production with factory staff and logistics, including transport and deliveries.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders and handle difficult customers professionally.

To succeed in this role:

  • You should possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Prior experience in retail, hardware, or trade environments is highly regarded, particularly in the steel industry.
  • Be comfortable with face-to-face selling and demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Demonstrate high organization skills, multitasking abilities, and attention to detail.
  • Show proficiency in computer systems and adaptability to new software.
  • Thrives in a team environment but can work independently when needed.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure.
