This role is designed to support general practitioner practices within a primary care network by assisting with administrative tasks.
The Digital Clinical Hub Care Coordinator will work centrally, handling clinical correspondence for GP practices.
Main Duties:- View documents received by the practices and code them using established templates and protocols.
- Refer any documents that require further action to the appropriate GP practice team following clear guidelines.
- Develop skills through training at the Personalised Care Institute as part of the Care Coordinators national framework.
The role involves working in a growing team consisting of both clinical and non-clinical colleagues requiring teamwork and communication skills.
You will play a key role in supporting the Digital Clinical Hub ensuring medical records are coded accurately and efficiently and GP actions are correctly identified and followed up on.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Excellent coding skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong communication skills
Opportunity to develop skills and experience in a growing team
