Key Responsibilities- Preparation and presentation of hot and cold meals in accordance with menu specifications.
- Stock control and inventory management to minimize food wastage.
- Maintenance of a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.
- Adherence to Food Safety, HACCP, and OHS regulations.
- Certificate III Commercial Cookery qualifications or equivalent industry experience.
- Passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences to customers.
- Ability to work a 7-day rotating roster.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Previous commercial kitchen experience is preferred but not essential.
- Clear National Police Check required due to Aviation Services industry requirements.
