Job Title: Culinary Professional

Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Culinary Professional to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality meals to our residents.

Responsibilities:
- Organize kitchen staff in the preparation and serving of meals.
- Prepare resident's meals according to dietary plans and menus developed.
- Manage receipt of stores, and food storage according to relevant regulations.
- Ensure correct food handling techniques are always observed.

Requirements:
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent).
- Experience in food preparation and cooking for large number of people.
- Aged Care experience (highly regarded).
- High level of food safety knowledge.
- Full Australian working rights and able to pass national police clearance.

As a Culinary Professional, you should possess excellent interpersonal skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have availability and flexibility to work a variety of shifts over weekdays and weekends.
