Job Title: Fraud Prevention Specialist
This role exists within our Financial Crime and Fraud Prevention team, focused on preventing and investigating potential scams conducted via various payment methods.
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing possible scam activities, building strong relationships with other teams within Risk and Fraud Operations, and collaborating with internal Investigation teams on complex cases.
This is a 12-month maximum term position, with a view to extend. You must be available to work a flexible schedule, Monday to Sunday, 7am - 10pm, including public holidays, rostered for 38 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and investigate potential scam activities
- Build strong working relationships with wider teams
- Collaborate with internal Investigation teams
Requirements:
- Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service
- Operational experience in handling sensitive customer matters
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to learn multiple banking systems and procedures
