Fraud & Scam Officer Role

We are seeking a skilled Fraud & Scam Officer to join our team in an Indigenous Identified position. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers who have been victims of fraud and scam.

Our ideal candidate will possess demonstrable experience in a fraud and scam environment, with excellent customer service skills and the ability to work with multiple banking systems across various platforms.

  • Main Responsibilities:
