- Provide exceptional communication and writing skills to effectively manage member interactions
- Organize workload effectively using strong organizational skills
- Maintain RG146 certification for enhanced career opportunities
- Stay up-to-date on Defined Benefit environments and super fund workings
- Develop and present seminars on financial literacy and education to enhance member knowledge
- Cultivate highly developed interpersonal and teamwork skills to achieve collective success
