Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced purchasing coordinator to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing high-volume purchases from suppliers under existing contracts.

Responsibilities:

  • Purchasing raw materials and packaging
  • Raising and managing purchase orders
  • Monitoring stock levels to ensure timely delivery
  • Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and logistics partners
  • Coordinating export activities, including documentation and shipping

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a logistics or purchasing role
  • Strong understanding of export procedures and documentation
  • Experience with raising purchase orders
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
