A FMCG manufacturer in South Australia, is looking for a dedicated and experienced purchasing and logistics coordinator to join their team.
As a logistics and purchasing coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth flow of production operations and the future growth of the business both in Australia and abroad.

the responsibilities
purchasing a high volume of goods from suppliers on existing contracts
raise and manage purchase orders for raw materials and packaging
monitor stock levels to ensure the materials needed to meet production demands are available on time
maintain strong relationships with our suppliers and logistics partners
coordinate aspects of exports including documentation, customs and shipping
the right candidate
proven experience in a similar logistics, purchasing, or supply chain role
strong understanding of export procedures and documentation
experience with raising purchase orders
excellent organisational and communication skills
ability to work independently and as part of a team
