A Manager role is available in our organization. We are looking for an experienced professional with a background in Insights and Data Analytics to join our team.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the position of Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering analytical insights and recommendations to enable timely and informed decision-making. You will work closely with clients and stakeholders to provide business critical information that drives business outcomes.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on industry-leading projects to help build strategic road maps and improve services, programs and outcomes that will help organizations of all shapes and sizes work smarter and grow faster. Your expertise in data analysis and problem-solving will be invaluable in driving business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mentoring teams and delivering on a wide range of concurrent analytics and multidisciplinary assignments.
  • Providing crucial business insights and establishing positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Critical thinking to develop hypotheses that will enable data-driven decision making and problem solving.
  • Developing appropriate models using tools (SAS, SQL, R, Python and Excel) to test business hypothesis and assess impacts.
  • Summarizing and presenting data outputs and complex ideas in a coherent story including meaningful data visualisations (Power Bi, Tableau, Qlik).

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong background in data analysis and problem-solving, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should have experience working with various data analysis tools, such as SAS, SQL, R, Python, PowerBI, Qlik, Tableau, and Excel. A degree in Mathematics, Statistics or Actuarial Science is desirable, but not essential. What's most important is your ability to think critically and creatively, and to communicate complex ideas effectively.

Experience and Skills

This role requires a minimum of 4-5 years' experience in data analysis and business insights, preferably in a consulting or advisory capacity. You should have a strong understanding of data analysis tools and techniques, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
