About This Role

This is an exciting opportunity to develop new products and optimise existing ones in terms of performance, quality and cost. The role will be to manage assigned projects from initial idea through to implementation, working with multi-disciplinary project teams.

  • Manage projects through the business in accordance with agreed objectives, developing project timelines as required.
  • Provide support to team members on key projects, including technical documentation, artwork and trial support.
  • Work with a cross-functional team to support new developments and projects in consumer research, analytical support, seasoning development and packaging development.

Maintain close working relationships with internal customers, ensuring successful collaboration across functions.

Demonstrate commitment to promoting health, safety and welfare within the organisation.

To be considered for this role, you should have a strong background in Food Science or similar field, along with excellent technical, analytical and project management skills. Additionally, you should be computer literate, innovative, self-motivated and numerate with attention to detail.
