Product Sourcing Manager

We are seeking a Product Sourcing Manager to drive innovation across colour cosmetics, tanning and skincare categories.

This key role involves using data to source and develop products for domestic and international markets. We require an individual with strong analytical skills and the ability to establish relationships with suppliers to deliver best-in-class products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop product concepts for new ranges that align with our brand strategy
  • Manage formula development and innovation across categories, ensuring alignment with business goals
  • Research and recommend innovative products across all categories
  • Analyse qualitative and quantitative data to produce innovative products
  • Establish relationships with laboratories to develop best-in-class formulas

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in product sourcing, research and development
  • Tertiary degree in a relevant field
  • Demonstrable track record of achievement in revenue growth and budget management
  • Strong communication, leadership and analytical skills

This is a full-time role based at our headquarters in Sydney. This position offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
