As a key player in the commercial team, you will be responsible for driving innovation and creativity in product development. This role is crucial in shaping the future of fashion by conceptualizing and developing products that meet customer needs.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement company-wide strategies and OKRs to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with manufacturers to ensure seamless handover of developments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Communicate effectively with the design team to address critical design issues and resolve them promptly.
  • Source and develop fabrics, colours, trims, and other materials in line with company standards.
  • Attend fit sessions and utilize technical skills to achieve optimal fit and approve final samples.
  • Approve all details of the final product to ensure alignment with the original design brief.
  • Understand the manufacturing structure of suppliers to identify cost and manufacturing opportunities.
  • Participate in range planning meetings to balance styling, colour, and fabrications.
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in product development or design.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong trend forecasting skills with a commercial eye for fashion.
  • Ability to manage workload in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
