Plasterboard Production Specialist

This role is an opportunity to join a leading manufacturer and supplier of plasterboard products in the construction industry.
About the Position:The main duties include operating and monitoring fixed plant machinery within a factory environment, ensuring quality control and meeting production deadlines.
Main Responsibilities:- Operate and monitor fixed plant machinery
- Maintain quality control standards
- Meet production targets and deadlines
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or fixed plant setting
- Currrent driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Able to pass pre-employment medical and drug screen
- Forklift certification
- Australian permanent resident with full working rights
Your pay rate for day shift is $36.37 per hour for the first 8 hours, $54.55 for the next 2 hours, and $72.74 for the remaining 2 hours. Afternoon shifts are paid at $41.83 + penalties per hour, while night shifts are paid at $42.73 + penalties per hour.
Please note that this environment can be dusty, so applicants with severe respiratory problems may want to consider another role.
Work Environment:This position involves working in a factory environment with potential dust exposure.
