We're seeking an experienced and skilled overhaul specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing tasks as instructed by supervisors or production managers, ensuring all work is completed safely and promptly.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Executing tasks as instructed by supervisors or production managers.
  2. Ensuring all work is completed safely and promptly.
  3. Assessing, repairing, rebuilding, stripping, cleaning, flushing, and testing radiator parts and components.
  4. Adhering to safe working practices and wearing appropriate PPE.
  5. Following procedures outlined in Safe Job Procedures (SJP) and Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
  6. Operating forklifts and cranes only if licensed and qualified.
  7. Completing lifting plans and TAKE 5 risk assessments prior to high-risk tasks.
  8. FOLLOWING Shop Work Instructions (SWI), Standard Procedures (SP), and other directives accurately.
  9. Identifying quality deviations and faults after training.
  10. Following non-conformance procedures and seeking clarification when needed.
