We are seeking a dedicated Assembly Line Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain factory machinery and equipment, including kilns and presses, in accordance with established protocols.
  • Monitor equipment performance and identify areas for improvement, taking corrective action as necessary.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless production workflow and meet productivity targets.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of machinery operation and maintenance.
  • Current driver's licence and own vehicle for transportation, if required.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including days and nights, on a continuous shift roster.
  • Pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol test.
  • Forklift License is an advantage.
  • Must be a permanent resident of Australia with full work rights.
Working Conditions and Remuneration

Work on a continuous shift-pattern roster comprising 12-hour shifts on an 84-hour fortnight, 7-shifts per fortnight.

Hourly rate of $48.75 p/hr, with double time applying for shifts worked outside usual patterns.
