The role of People and Culture Business Partner is crucial in supporting employees across the entire employee lifecycle. This involves providing expert guidance and support on Employee Relations and Industrial Relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and processes.
You will investigate and resolve employee complaints, grievances, and disputes in a timely and professional manner. Your partnership with Senior P&C Business Partner and Head of P&C will be instrumental in succession planning, talent management, and workforce planning.
Ensuring compliance with employment laws and staying up-to-date with legislative updates is also an essential part of this role.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide guidance and support on Employee Relations and Industrial Relations matters
- Investigate and resolve employee complaints, grievances, and disputes
- Partner with Senior P&C Business Partner and Head of P&C on succession planning, talent management, and workforce planning
- Ensure compliance with employment laws
- Territory qualification in Human Resources Management or related discipline
- Ideal 3+ years' experience in HR or similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Broad experience in HR with focus on Employee Relations, Industrial Relations, and/or Work Health and Safety
- Solid understanding of employment law and industrial relations practices
- Proven experience managing employee relations issues and conflict resolution
