About the Role
- Contribute to the effective delivery of professional workforce services to management and staff at Logan and Beaudesert Health Service. Human Resources includes industrial/employee relations including human resource matters, recruitment and selection and award entitlement information, occupational health and safety and organisational development.
- Effectively manage cases in key areas such as performance management, grievance and discipline management, health management, industrial relations, recruitment and retention, workforce diversity and change management.
- Assist in the provision of an advocacy service of Human Resources, Logan and Beaudesert Health Service and Metro South Health through regular interaction and development of positive business partnerships with all client groups, external stakeholders, local networks and in relevant forums.
