About the Role
  • Developing and implementing effective recruitment and offboarding processes
  • Providing support for probation and performance development
  • Managing injury management and proactive support initiatives
  • Driving administrative and compliance system improvements
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A human resource qualification or equivalent experience
  • Working knowledge of injury management and people management practices
  • Solid understanding of generalist human resource best practices
  • Digital literacy and attention to detail
  • Strong ethics and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop effective relationships with stakeholders
  • Active Christian Faith and a Positive Blue Card
