This role is a fantastic opportunity to utilise your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in a human resources setting. The Human Resources Officer will provide comprehensive support and advice on legislation, policies, and procedures to school staff.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to coordinate recruitment activities, leave and relief management, and assist with staff timetabling and rostering processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are also essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert HR consultancy services to all school staff
  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, including deployment, selection, and appointment processes
  • Assist with leave and relief management, as well as staff timetabling and rostering
  • Develop and implement strategic HR solutions for workforce planning, attraction, and retention
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The successful applicant should possess sound verbal, written, and interpersonal communications skills, as well as highly developed organisational abilities. They should also be able to maintain confidentiality and contribute to continuous improvement and innovation.
