About the Opportunity:- Develop strong relationships and grow our innovative co-managed care model within aged care facilities
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, residents, and families to build lasting partnerships
- Support local recruitment efforts and ensure a seamless experience for partner homes and clinicians alike
You will play a critical role in expanding our presence across the region, making a real difference in the lives of older Australians.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive growth in resident numbers across Central Coast and surrounding regions
- Identify and engage with RACFs to promote Access Aged Care's holistic model
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Support clinician recruitment and local partnership activations
- Manage regional queries, relationship data, and territory reporting
This role requires a self-starter mindset and the confidence to lead your region. You will be empowered to shape your territory and make decisions that impact the business.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Experience in healthcare, aged care, or business development (highly regarded)
- Excellent time management, communication, and organisational skills
- Ability to travel locally and work independently
- Possession of a passion for delivering meaningful outcomes in the aged care sector
