Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Development Manager to lead our operations in North West NSW.

About the Role
  • To drive business growth and development in the region;
  • To create and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders;
  • To oversee and participate in multi-disciplinary projects, bids, and pursuits;
  • To manage and mentor a team of professionals.

The successful applicant will work with a passionate and committed team across Northern NSW, involved in:

  • Sustaining and growing the North West NSW market through proactive client engagement and active presence in the local market.
  • Leading and delivering small, medium, and large multidisciplinary projects leveraging our broader network.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Business Growth and Development: Identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to achieve them.
  2. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  3. Project Management: Oversee and participate in multi-disciplinary projects, bids, and pursuits.
  4. Team Management: Manage and mentor a team of professionals.
