Regional Leadership Opportunity

This is an exciting leadership position based in our Tamworth office. As a Regional Leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the career paths of talented team members. Your key responsibilities include leading and maintaining strong client engagement, realising business opportunities, providing technical guidance, and overseeing multi-disciplinary projects and bids.

Main Responsibilities
  • Sustain and grow the North West NSW market through proactive client interaction and community involvement.
  • Lead and deliver small to large multidisciplinary projects leveraging GHD's broader network.
  • Support a local team of professionals and build their size and capability to support regional expansion and deliver high-quality outcomes.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven ability to work with clients to win and deliver work, with a comfort level being the face of the organisation in a regional setting.
  • Experience leading client management and winning work activities.
  • Technical leadership skills, particularly in mentoring and developing teams.
  • The ability to learn through experimentation and experience, seeking ways to grow and be challenged by new conditions.
  • Strong collaboration skills to build trusted relationships across departments and foster a culture of inclusion and collective success.
