**About the Role**
As the Talent Acquisition Team Leader, you will lead a hands on team of 3 TA specialists and provide talent acquisition strategies and advice to the wider business for their future Talent needs. Reporting to a down to earth and capable Head of Inclusion & Talent Development your main responsibilities will include;
- Actively championing and developing the growing Talent team
- Developing and implementing a range of attraction strategies to create networks and talent pipelines and continually sharing up to date competitive marketplace trends
- Providing resources and training for hiring managers to enable best practice recruitment methodologies are embedded.

Developing and maintaining processes, tools and self-service information to assist the business
- Creating and maintaining relevant talent pools for key strategic roles and building productive partnerships within the multiple business units
- Partnering closely with the Corporate Communications team to support the ongoing development of our Employer Brand proposition in market via LinkedIn
- Identifying, managing and maintaining our preferred supplied list and agency partnerships

**About You**
You will fully utilise your previous experience as a Senior Talent Acquisition specialist with leadership experience to secure this role. You will have strong knowledge of developing and delivering high value process improvements and able to provide revised long term strategies. You will be well organised, and driven to meeting deadlines with excellent stakeholder management skills. You will be highly motivated with a “Can Do” attitude and an analytical mindset.
