Clinical Governance and Systems Improvement Specialist

**Job Title:** Clinical Governance and Systems Improvement Specialist
This is a dynamic role that will lead and co-ordinate the implementation of our Clinical and Practice Governance Framework to drive quality improvement, standardisation and adoption of evidence based best practice across all service streams.
Key Responsibilities:- Successful Implementation of the Clinical Governance Framework
- Support the development, delivery and measurement of comprehensive practice, clinical and quality governance and program alignment with strategic imperatives, mission, vision and values
- Drive improvement in practice and clinical measures and consumer outcomes across all service streams
- Enable effective governance and oversight of practice and clinical care including supporting leadership of relevant Quality and Practice Governance Sub-Committees
- Support the collection, collation and analysis of outcomes related to practice and care across all services, including adherence to regulatory requirements, meeting and/or exceeding standards and compliance
- Prepare comprehensive briefings and reports as required
- Evaluate the adoption and impact of best practices across the services
- Ongoing system improvement through the use of best practice methodologies
The successful candidate must have minimum 5+ years experience in senior clinical governance or systems improvement, proficiency in implementing quality assurance programs for improved care and operations building a reputation for high quality. The candidate must be proficient at creatively solving challenges to improve care quality, operational efficiency, and resident satisfaction.
