Job Title: Clinical Governance Professional

Job Summary

This role involves providing strategic oversight and management of clinical incidents, audits, and quality improvement activities across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the management of all clinical incidents, audits, and complaints to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Identify emerging trends in incident reports and audit outcomes to inform quality improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive risk register for clinical risks, including identification, rating, treatment planning, and review.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement quality improvement initiatives across clinical service areas.

We are seeking an experienced professional who can lead governance functions and manage teams, including mentoring staff and overseeing performance and deliverables. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of clinical governance, safety systems, and continuous improvement principles, with hands-on experience in incident management, auditing, risk management, and complaints handling.
