This role plays a pivotal part in supporting clinical governance and quality assurance across the organisation.
- The Clinical Risk & Quality Officer will be responsible for coordinating clinical governance committee operations and documentation.
- Key responsibilities include administering critical incident and complaint processes, maintaining clinical risk registers, and supporting risk treatment planning.
- The successful candidate will lead internal and external quality audits, including ISO 9001 compliance.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and quality documentation is also a key aspect of this role.
- Collaboration with the OHS Officer to ensure clinical governance aligns with safety standards is essential.
- Facilitating governance committees and the Diversity and Inclusion Working Group is also required.
- The position will support the implementation of the Reconciliation Action Plan.
- Responsibilities may also include assisting with privacy and data protection functions.
- Corporate governance support to senior management is a key component of this role.
- Maintaining Family Life's risk management systems is also an important task.
