About the Role
This Clinical Practice Lead role will be responsible for developing and implementing practice improvement and professional development processes within Court Support Services (CSS). This includes working with CSS teams to identify best practices and develop strategies to improve client outcomes.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in clinical practice leadership and governance within mental health, family violence, AOD, or disability service sectors. They will also have strong team player skills, effective communication skills, and a flexible approach.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing practice improvement and professional development processes
- Working with CSS teams to identify best practices and develop strategies to improve client outcomes
- Providing ongoing professional development opportunities for staff
