Project Coordinator

Synaco Global Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Project Officer to join our Structural Remediation team in the Northern Territory.
The successful candidate will have a demonstrated background in project management principles, including planning and delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing project Scopes of Work (SOWs), methodologies, schedules and ITPs;
- Managing technical queries through third-party consultants;
- Reviewing construction drawings;
- Collaborating on quality processes and documentation;
- Completing field safety interactions;
- Liaising with key personnel across multiple departments.
Preferred qualifications for this role include:
- Northern Territory Supervisor and Risk Training - G1, G2, G8 and G9;
- Current Driver's Licence and ability to drive a manual vehicle;
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Project and Excel;
- Working at Heights Ticket current within 3 years;
- High Risk Work Licence - Elevated Work Platform (over 11m).
This position offers a fly-in, fly-out roster from Cairns or Darwin, with flexibility available for different roster options. The estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 AUD.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent attention to detail, prioritisation skills, and the ability to work in a consultative and collaborative team environment.
