Cardiac Care Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our dynamic Cardiac team at Friendly Society Private Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the development of our Cardiac unit.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality patient care, demonstrating strong clinical skills and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced Cardiac environment.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
- Participate in the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures to enhance patient outcomes.
- Contribute to the education and training of junior staff members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives to drive excellence in patient care and service delivery.
- Tertiary qualification in Nursing and current registration with AHPRA.
- Proven experience in a Cardiac or Coronary unit, with a strong understanding of coronary care principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care.
