We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Aged Care Funding Specialist to join our team in Bundaberg. As an AN-ACC Assessor, you will be responsible for visiting aged care facilities to assess residents using the Australian National Aged Care Classification (AN-ACC) assessment tool.
About the Role:- Assess residents in aged care facilities using the AN-ACC assessment tool
- Travel to regional and remote facilities within the Wide Bay aged care planning region
- Work collaboratively with a team of experienced aged care professionals
- Provide comprehensive training and support to ensure success in the role

What We Offer:- A highly attractive salary of $104,550 per annum + 11.5% superannuation (FTE)
- A permanent part-time position with flexible working arrangements
- Comprehensive training and support in the use and application of the AN-ACC assessment tool
- Reimbursement of travel expenses
- 5+ years of experience as a RN, Physio, or OT in the aged care sector
- Valid driver's license and reliable car
- Flexible attitude and ability to adapt to changing environment or circumstances
- Willingness to travel to regional and remote facilities
- Able to work unsupervised within a diverse and widely located team
