Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced professional to provide exceptional customer service and manage workshop operations in a dynamic environment.

About the Role:

  • Act as primary contact between customers and the workshop for all repair and maintenance work, utilizing effective communication skills.
  • Confidently schedule work from the service counter to the workshop while providing excellent customer service and ensuring timely completion.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service in a similar capacity, with a strong focus on building relationships.
  • Mechanical aptitude to understand customer needs and service requirements, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work autonomously or in a team, with a positive attitude and high level of professionalism.
