About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a highly skilled and customer-focused IT support specialist. As a key member of our service desk, you will be the first point of contact for internal and external customers seeking assistance with IT-related issues.

You will be responsible for providing prompt and effective IT support via phone, on-site or via our CRM suite, covering desktops, applications, connectivity issues and minor hardware problems. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to provide regular updates on progress and ensure that customers are satisfied with the level of service received.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting advanced technical issues, including software and hardware configurations.
  • Providing exceptional customer service by responding promptly to service requests and maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and recommending changes to enhance our IT support processes and tools.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all support interactions and updating relevant documentation as needed.

About You

Our ideal candidate will possess:

  • Previous experience in a similar IT support role, preferably with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Formal IT qualifications or certifications would be highly desirable but not essential.
  • The ability to communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders both verbally and in writing.
  • A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel within state and interstate as required.
