Customer Engagement Specialist Role Summary

BaptistCare seeks a Customer Engagement Specialist to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive growth in our organisation.

About the Role:

The Customer Engagement Specialist will oversee all facets of the customer experience, ensuring high standards of service delivery and promoting a customer-centric model of care. This role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, monitor, and improve customer interactions to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Represent BaptistCare as the first point of contact for new clients or their representatives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer engagement or sales roles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Empathetic and customer-centric approach to service delivery.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
