Job Description:

The Enlistment Team Leader plays a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the enlistment process for candidates joining the Australian Defence Force (ADF).

This position is responsible for leading a team of enlistment coordinators to ensure seamless coordination of enlistment activities, adherence to regulatory requirements, and delivery of exceptional candidate experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and direction to a team of Enlistment Coordinators
  • Work with stakeholders to optimise enlistment procedures
  • Oversee and manage the enlistment process for candidates
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and organisational policies
  • Monitor team performance and productivity
  • Review and analyse operational performance
