Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Trainer and Assessor to deliver the BSB40520 Certificate IV in Leadership and Management to existing workers.

The role involves one day of training per month, on-site in Brisbane.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Trainer and Assessor to use their expertise and deliver high-quality training.

About the Role

  • Deliver the BSB40520 Certificate IV in Leadership and Management to existing workers.
  • Conduct assessment and provide feedback to students.
  • Prepare session plans and track student progress.
  • Report student attendance and complete administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Current qualification BSB40520 Certificate IV in Leadership and Management or higher.
  • Relevant industry experience in Leadership and Management.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116).
  • Demonstrated experience in Face-to-Face delivery and assessment of training programs.
