The role is accountable for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, developing and implementing strategies to win new service and maintenance contracts. Key responsibilities include:

  • Determining market possibilities for new aftermarket products and developing these to extend the market for established products.
  • Implementing processes and initiatives to rollout Gardner Denver Service and Spares programs, focusing on signing service contracts with new customers and key accounts.
  • Evaluating customer requirements for Industrial Sales and Aftermarket business units and establishing Voice of Customer orientated surveys to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintaining knowledge of day-to-day market development and accurately assessing and evaluating new business opportunities.

  1. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  3. Ensure effective communication and collaboration with internal teams to drive business growth.
